Glasgow Lads, how I have missed you.
I had almost given up hope when this one suddenly appeared seemingly out of nowhere. A follow-up story about my favorite couple in the series, Andrew and Colin.
The story follows the lads through the aftermath of the attack. With the focus on Colin's physical wounds and his healing process, neither of the two seem to really see or feel the invisible wounds Andrew carries with him since the incident. Andrew hides his pain and pretends everything is fine when in reality he is close to falling apart.
Fortunately he seeks help in time - from a rather unlikely source, but still - and while making some big life changes he finds his way back from his dark place and he and Colin can finally move forward together. I do hope these two get some page time in the next book as well - I am not quite willing to let them go.
